Just water.
The cats do not respond to it at all. Worst one we have tried.

HORRIBLE
Worse catnip spray. Don't waste your money on this. It's like water only. Cats didn't even smell it. Will definitely not buy again. I want a refund. Better to spend the money on I Love Catnip brand.

Doesn't seem to affect cat's behavior
My cat seems to thinks this is irrelevant to his life. It does not appear to have affected his behavior at all.
