Excellent Walker – Safe, Supportive, and Truly Life-Changing
Excellent Walker – Safe, Supportive, and Truly Life-ChangingMy father-in-law has Parkinson’s and mild dementia, and after trying several walkers over the years, this one has made a remarkable difference. It allows him to stand up straight, keep his feet comfortably close to the walker, and move freely without the fear of tipping. The stability and design give him both confidence and independence, which is priceless. This has been a game-changer for his mobility and overall quality of life. Highly recommend for anyone needing safe, upright support.

Mixed review
Mixed review here. When it worked it was amazing. 5 starsUnfortunately a weld broke on one of the cross supports after about 3 months, making the walker basically unusable. 1 starCalled (US) customer service and reported the problem, including photos. They promptly replaced the walker (no charge) and said not to return it. 5 starsReplacement walker had 2 welds break in the same cross support after about 1 month of intermittent use. 1 starEmailed (US) customer service with photos. Prompt response, no awaiting the delivery of this new replacement. 5 starsI stress US customer service because I have a different walker from the same company that needed replacement arm pads. I contacted the company's customer service in China and it took forever to communicate back and forth and getI now have 2 broken walkers that I'm trying to decide what to do with. I'll either take them to the transfer station for recycling or try to find some place local that can fix them for use/sale/donation. Trying to find out if the frame is aluminum, which is likely unrepairable, or steel, which can be welded.

Very comfortable for resting your arms
I have a problem walking and regular rollators are not great for just walking. This rollator snapped together easily, and will take the pressure off my arms when I walk. The price was very reasonable and purple is my color. It has a bag for all your stuff too. I bought a separate cup holder because I didn’t like the one that came with it. I can stop and sit if I need to and it locks securely. It’s a little too long to fit in my back seat but I have a Kia Soul so I can pop it in through the tailgate or easily remove the armrests and reconnect when I get to where I’m going.

Safty
This walker is dangerous! I bought for my 88 year old mother who suffers with chronic back pain and can hardly walk. Just this week we went on a trip where she used the walker. Upon arrival I tried pulling her over the crest of the jetway while deplaning, the darn thing folded with her on it and thankfully I broke her fall with my legs! The walker has no brakes to set and the plastic wheels are flimsy. BUYER BEWARE! I will be purchasing a SAFER model.

Awesome product!
I've been wanting to get my mother one of these for quite a while. I finally took the leap of faith and got it. And wow! Mother and I are very very happy. It is amazing. The product is very well made. Easy to assemble. And mother has adjusted to it quickly. So much better for her. Would highly suggest this product to anyone.

Handles with brakes won't tighten and wobble
I found this a little difficult to.put together and the hand bars with brakes will not tighten so that they do not move. They have a slight give and are wobbly making stability not so stable. If it were not for that I would love this as it helps anyone who has to lean or has a curved spine. Also you need to be pretty skinny to sit on it as the handlebars that are below by the seat make it difficult to get in and sit if you are a little fluffy. If you have big mobility issues and need a lot of support I would not get this one.
