Great product! This is the only one choice of cooling neck ring on the market which is ice refillable. Great design and great quality. Soft gel and no leaking so far. Will buy another one

It leaks from the whole you fill it and if you put ice in it as it melts it starts to pull on your neck from it sliding from the uneven weight it distributed the water.

I bought this for post surgery. It worked great. I could replace the ice when I needed it to keep it cold all the time. I found it works well to keep it in the fridge when I wasn't using it. Especially the first few days where the ice was too cold.

This does help keep me cooler while out walking my dog 2+ miles in New Mexico high desert. I freeze mine overnight with reusable ice cubes and a little water. Just wish it stayed cool longer and sweat less. After about 30 minutes it's lost it's chill factor and wrapped in a cooling towel to catch the moisture. So there is room for improvement but satisfied overall. Would purchase again.
