Amazing shower filter head. I did a lot of research and read a ton of reviews and decided on this one. Amazing! We live in Frisco, Texas and have some of the hardest and worst water in the country for being such a high end area of north Dallas. My hair and skin have been a mess since moving to Frisco. My hair dresser recommended getting one of these and I will say it’s been life saving for my hose and skin. My hair is soft, silky and clean feeling after washing it. My skin is calmer, less red and irritated, less breakouts (never or rarely had those until moving here), my skin is softer and cleaner and less irritated, my eyes are less irritated, etc. the shower would literally smell like chemicals and chlorine prior to using this and I live in a multi million dollar home, so the fact that he water here is that bad and damaging to skin, hair, nails and probably our laundry items is scary. This filter is amazing, works perfectly, clean, no more chlorine/chemical smells in my shower, good water pressure-still and easy to install. My husband installed it in 2 mins. My only concern is it doesn’t come in the gold or brushed gold to use in my other bathrooms. They definitely need to make that b/c the gold hardware is super popular now! Highly recommend! I recently moved out to the country and quickly realized something was wrong with the water. My hair felt like straw, and shampoo would not lather up no matter how much (quality) shampoo I used. My conditioner would not spread through my hair or get into my ends. When I washed the products out, my hair actually felt grimy. My skin was also dry and itchy. I Googled hard water issues and quickly realized I had to do something about the water. Malibu C Hard Water Shampoo and Conditioner worked from the first time I used it, but my ends still didn't take the conditioner as well as it normally would. I searched Amazon for a hard water filter shower head, and this AMAZING shower head came up. I bought it based on the reviews and tonight my husband installed it and I used it for the first time. It works SO WELL!!! My skin feels clean and not over-dried. My shampoo lathered up perfectly and I only had to use a normal amount. My conditioner spread through my hair and ends and I feel like I had my first REAL shower in 2 weeks! The install was super quick and easy. We wrapped with plumbers tape 5 times like one reviewer said to do. The water pressure is awesome! The spray area is awesome! And I really appreciate the packaging, QUALITY product (heavy, well built, sturdy - not cheap plastic) and most of all, they included the water pressure piece that some states require, but they did not have it IN the shower head. You can do that yourself if you want to or not. I'm thankful for the choice. This shower head is worth EVERY PENNY. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anyone. I'm so surprised at how much of a difference this made in my water. I will get one for every bathroom in my house. You will not go wrong with this purchase!! I NEVER write reviews and I got out of the shower, dried off, got in bed and wrote my second review EVER. It's that great!

LOVVVVEEE this shower filter!! I got this because someone on IG mentioned this (the video wasn’t sponsored) prior to that - I never knew about a filtered showered head and didn’t really know the benefits. Let me tell you - I have been using this for a few months and can DEFINITELY tell the difference!!! My skin doesn’t feel as dry as it use to - my hair is soft and not as dry anymore. I can certainly feel the difference!!At first I had doubts on paying so much for “this” filter compared to cheaper models being advertised on Amazon BUT this is well worth what you are paying for it- and a great benefit to self care. There is no leaking, fairly easy to put up and it’s a beautiful shower head. The water pressure is fair - and feels very relaxing compared to the shower head I had.I would definitely recommend!

I decided to buy the Afina shower filter after traveling to Japan earlier this year, where I noticed how much softer the water felt compared to back home. After coming back, I realized how harsh my usual water was on my skin and hair.I installed the Afina myself, it literally took me 5 minutes! It even comes with the tape and the little tool you need, which made the process super practical and easy. After my very first shower, I could already feel the difference!!! my skin didn’t feel as dry and my hair felt smoother. I also enrolled in their program to automatically get a new refill every two months, which I found super convenient so I won’t forget to change it.I really like the look of the shower head too it fits perfectly with my bathroom style.I highly recommend everyone to have one of these at home. Seriously, once you notice the difference, you won’t want to shower without it again!

Beautifully packaged. Easy to install. Looks clean and sleek. Pressure is good. Sprays evenly. Water quality seems good. Maybe 1-2% less than my rainfall shower head. Doesn’t take up too much shower space or hang too low. So far so good. Skin and hair is softer immediately after the first use.

We have used this shower head a few weeks now and am enjoying the water pressure. It seems to work well and has seems to have helped my daughter's eczema a little bit. That is the reason we decided to order it. There isn't any way to change the way the shower head sprays. However, it is pretty big and sprays well. It does lower the height of the shower. It was very easy to install. It comes with water proof tape and it's own tools to install.
