Perfect replacement for my old notebook pc. Nice USB-C V2 connector. I can do very fast backups to it. Backlit keyboard is nice and bright. Good performance. Starts up very fast.

i bought this for my wife after her 7 year old Dell died. It is very fast and she loves it.

Good computer, although I had a problem with the fan after around 3 months. However, with the excellent warranty I had with them, provided by my Amazon purchase. they made a "house call" and replaced the fan.

Price was right for 16gb of RAM, I've had some good Dells in the past, their service plans are affordable and they make things right if anything ever breaks. I don't use the touch screen but haven't disabled it YET, I just found out that a feature called swipe down to shut down is enabled and i need to disable to get the power button to shut down with one push.

Great machine. Super-fast, and a tbyte ssd. I teach, and it is more than adequate. Also, you generally can't beat a Dell with a strong Intel processor. I would suggest not getting one with an AMD processor. The display is very sharp. Colors are true.

The first thing I did was do a search on this product page fora backlight and up popped a review saying it had a backlight. I always buy Dells so I hit the buy button. When it arrived I tried to turn on the backlight but nothing worked yet I still believed what the review had said. So I tried for HOURS to get it to work. Impossible, of course. In the process I also discovered that the computer was extremely slow and updating it bogged down, took hours and then didn't fully update. I searched for info on how to turn on the backlight back when I still believed there was one and ended up on a site that locked my computer and insisted I not try to turn it off because that could result in identity theft and they gave a phone number to call. Oh sure. I'd never call. It was all a scam and I don't know why my Malwarebytes didn't block that site. Anyway, that did it. I packaged it up and sent it back to Amazon despite my personal info on the computer that I couldn't remove because of the scam site locking the computer. Horrible experience. Went to a local store, bought another model Dell, one with a backlight,, and it's working great. I hope Amazon refunds me for the one that became a brick.

I love my deal. Have tried other brands and they do not stand up to my Dell.

The memory and speed of this laptop is excellent. It makes my work much quicker and less stressful. Purchased when it was on sale, fast shipping. Arrived before holidays comping up. Although I find some of the Microsoft changes with Windows 11 and OneDrive to be confusing and difficult to follow this new Dell computer works well and helps me to explore with more ease. My only complaint was the weight, its a bit heavy to carry around.

EXCELENT LAPTOP, THANK YOU DELL

I bought this laptop for my son in July and it has been perfect for about 1.5 months. Then towards the end of September, it started to blue screen. I am a professional so I know how to computers work. After uninstalling a lot of the software and still unable to fix Windows, I installed Ubuntu Linux. Even Linux freezes on a daily basis. This leads me to think there is some hardware issue. I will try to contact Dell support to see what they can do. Very disappointed.

I needed a new laptop mainly for my podcast. Fast, reliable and haven’t had an issue. The keyboard is English which is important considering I live in Quebec. I’m not sure about games but this comport is exactly what I need for my editing program. I highly recommend this laptop.

Je suis très déçu, car je l’aimais beaucoup. Le clavier était très agréable à utiliser, l’écran était grand et confortable, mais il faisait pas mal de bruit… Malheureusement, après seulement deux semaines, il ne s’allume plus du tout.
