EMS mode truly works
EMS machine Was recommended by physical therapist.Have been using EMS mode daily for 30 minutes twice a day since machine arrival on March 11th to help nerves in my legs. Started out using twice a day, now once a day. Have noticed a distinct difference/improvement when walking. It functions as advertised. Great value for money.Hubby has used it on back and he too experienced improvement, less stiffness and less pain. Only wish it provided anssorted size electrodes in the package. I purchased more for minimal price. I’m going to research for larger self adhesive electrodes. So far does the job completely. O yeah easy to setup. Don’t know about durability bec I’ve only had it a few weeks and after all it is plastic ;-).

Helpful
I have EDS and other issues. I had TCS repaired, but still am healing years later. The right and left side of my body isn't equal with strength so I have a lot of aches. I really am liking this machine so far. I've tried it multiple times and it does seem to help.I watched a youtube PT place that said to set it on 100 wave and 50hrtz, so that's what I tried last night and it was really relaxing. Tens doesn't work for all people, but for me it seems to be really helpful. This unit came with a 48 pack and 4 additional patches. They are all the standard square ones, but it looks like they make other varieties that you can buy to use this with. The current price keeps fluctuating. I believe when I got mine it was in the $50's price wise. Tens units can be expensive, but wait till a good deal and snag this one. It seems to be legit.

Life saver!
I'm getting old - "degenerative disk disease", bone spurs, etc. I have relied on TENS devices for years - they are a great drug-free way to cope with some of the aches and pains that come with age. I relatively recently discovered the EMS devices - to be honest, I'm not sure if there's anything there for me, beyond what the TENS does, but I'm experimenting with it, and learning. In any event - this was a HUGE upgrade vs. my existing TENS devices. It lacks some of the "gimmicky" features that some have, but it makes up for it with power and ability to push multiple pads simultaneously, and with simplicity; having EMS capabilities built-in is a bonus. At about $60 WITH 48 electrodes (they aren't cheap) - it's a lot of bang for the buck, as well.
