This product provides a light dose of caffine a nice pick me up. It melts well. Very easy to carry and use. The taste is s bit bitter. It helped my headache go away. It lasted about 4 hours. It did not upset my stomach. Would use again. Good value for product. I did not get jittery at all. It did help me focus a bit better.

Love these! I do find them a little pricey considering that you need 2 to equal a cup of coffee but other than that, very handy.
