Loving the Pasta Nostra carbonara pots – they’re perfect for grabbing lunch on the go or for when I’m working from home and just need a quick break. I’m not a great cook but these are fabulously easy to make – even I can manage to boil a kettle! Even better, they are really tasty, with a great balance between the rich, creamy cheese and bacon sauce and just a hint of spice. Checked out the ingredients and there are no nasty surprises so what could be better than quick, easy, tasty and healthy? Looking forward to trying the other flavours now so I can choose a different one every day.

I have never tried a dehydrated pot of pasta before and found these on Amazon after looking for a quick & easy lunch. While I've heard of Pasta Nostra I didn't know what to expect as I have never read any reviews. There was a arribbiata and a carbonara flavour and I opted to be adventurous and try the arribbiata.Ill be honest, the thought of instant pasta didn't excite me, however I was attracted to being able to transport it in my bag and just add water and I love pasta! I was really surprised at how good it tasted. For instant food, it's great! The pasta tastes like good quality, the sauce stuck to the pasta and it tasted great! It had the right level of tomato and spice and was a great, quick, instant filler.Pasta Nostra comes in a recyclable cup made of plastic with a paper lid and a cardboard sleeve encasing it. The side of the cup has their brand in nice big outlined printing that shows the brand clearly and the flavour of the pasta is shown on the side.  The spicy pasta is represented by a bright red tones and makes it quite appealing with a relatively simple design. The packaging is practical and well laid out in design. The packaging is attractive, it doesn't look cheap.There was a mild tomato aroma when the cup was opened.  This aroma carried through to the rehydrated pasta after adding boiling water.  There was a generous amount of soup base powder in the cup and of course pasta. After adding the boiling water, you let it sit for five minutes after closing the lid again. I put a small plate on top to really trap the heat and hydrate the pasta fully. I would then advise you stir really well and I added a cup of fresh parmesan (because I love it)These tiny pots are a great option for a super quick snack or lunch. I have days at work where I don't get time to stop, so being able to boil the kettle and have something quick is ideal! I'm looking forward to trying the carbonara flavour next.

I first came across Pasta Nostra after looking for a convenient but healthy and cost-effective lunch alternative to the standard pasta/noodle pots filled situ E numbers, and I have not been disappointed! I really appreciate the quality of the pasta and the flavour of the sauce - It sure doesn’t taste or look like it’s only taken a few minutes to make! I would recommend this brand to anyone who is struggling to manage to eat healthily whilst managing a busy workload. Will be buying again and trying more of the different flavours in the future!

Wow! This is the best ever. Proper pasta in a pot, I throw it in my rucksack for work every day, much easier than making a sandwich. 5 mins to prepare, and a really convenient lunch, I absolutely love it, would give 6 stars if I could!

Not nice or worth the money

I ordered fusili Bolognese for son at university to have easy snacks during exam season. I kept a couple to try myself, and was impressed enough to take them into work for quick lunches. They look posh enough for work! Tasty and easy. Will reorder for camping holiday.

The best thing about these are that according to the Yukka app they are good quality with no bad things inside - huge tick!They tasted pretty nice, and the consistency is also ok.I don't have anything negative to say at all, but they are a very good back up for when I forgot to take lunch to work.

Mix very well or sauce gets stuck in bottom of tub, rich sauce and just enough for a quick snack👍🍝
