This cookie is reliably and consistently made. Nice for serving to company with coffee or for dessert but also great to have for dessert or a snack at home. Surprised how intact these cookies remain despite shipping - they are well packaged.

The texture is soft and melts in your mouth, but it’s also a bit crumbly—some pieces broke apart in the box during shipping. The packaging is nice, but maybe a bit more protection inside would help. It’s a great treat if you enjoy classic shortbread, just be prepared for a few crumbs. I’ll definitely buy it again for myself or even as a gift!
