Used my previous Lenovo laptop for four years with no issues, and if I had not of man handeled the thing it would still be going now. This is a great update, all the same, but just more with it for todays software. I have a fair amount of confidence in Lenovo and I have again not been dissapointed. Fast delivery as well.

You can only get what you pay for!
After a search to replace my old Samsung laptop I decided to buy this Lenovo laptop that was within my budget.after 4 months of usage I regret making that choice and I now know better for the following reasons:Pros: The laptop has so far worked well and Lenovo technical assistance have been very prompt and efficient.Cons: Firstly I am experiencing a rather annoying defect with the AC adaptor/charger that makes a short arching noise every time is powered up. I had this promptly replaced under warranty, but the new one is displaying exactly the same symptoms which points to the fact that this type of AC adaptor is of poor quality and design. My second dislike is due to the overall poor quality keyboard and therefore low durability because it feels quite flimsy compared to my old Samsung.I therefore feel disappointed by this product and will know better next time!
