This tonies box will not work without it being plugged in the charger, I have been to friends houses and I’ve seen that all theirs work without it being on charge!It doesn’t say anywhere on the instructions that it has to stay on charge for it to be used. It’s a bit annoying because it can’t be put anywhere else for my daughter to use it as is has to be plugged in and the wire isn’t long enough for it to be moved around.

Really unhappy about this process. We were super excited to give this to our son for his birthday but when we tried to set it up it just didn't work and all the different processes to make the set up work, went into the bin as we kept getting error / hedgehog messages. A kid friendly product should not be faulty like this. It's apparently a known issue. The supplier needs to sort this out. I now have to deal with the return and need to get a replacement by buying it again as Amazon doesn't offer replacements. Really unhappy about the process.

This is the second tonie box I ordered after I had to return the first one, as it did not connect to the internet. This one was exactly the same. Tried everything to get it to connect to internet with no success so it’s gone back. Incredibly disappointed as it was a birthday present for my Grandsons 2nd birthday. !I have now bought one from Smyths and it worked firstSuch a shame I didn’t do this the first time as I wouldn’t have had to experience my Grandsons face when it didn’t worktime

Bought this and I can’t connect to internet. Keeps cutting out
