10 Months ago (Purchased on June 6th) I purchased my Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G and never looked back. I won't bore you with the specs or experiences. But it's been an amazing phone! Camera is excellent! Plenty of storage space, the screen is bright and vibrant. It's an excellent mid range phone that can battle it out with the big boys. Charging speed and value for money can't be beaten here. I've seen this phone go from 20% to 80% in 25 minutes with a quality charger. Recently I finally noticed my battery life has deteriorated slightly. I haven't had time to investigate but I suspect it's probably a rouge app acting out of line. When I turn the "Battery Saver" feature on I'll get more battery life than expected. I'll go a Full work day (7:30am - 6pm) and I'll still have 30%+ left. My only complaint is that Wi-Fi calling seems to be hit or miss as many carries don't support that feature with this phone even though they say they do. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Verizon Hotspot will usually work versus T-Mobile or AT&T for Wi-Fi Calling. Odd... but just an observation. Otherwise It's been a great phone and I highly recommend it. A-

Bad product and worseccustomer service
Been waiting for weeks for my refund to be processed. The get stuck and you can find his to get to your call if you happen to for another page. Done apps like Teams rings but you can't pick it u9. Very bad product and worse follow up

Muy buen telefono, rápido y muy potente! Unicamente que no viene todo lo que dice la descripción, el xargador de carro no viene, por lo demás muy buen desempeño del dispositivo y trabaja muy bien con Tello y Verizon.
