I use this daily for both health and comfort. Chilly living conditions eased by the 940nm setting (heating my body, rather than the air in the room), mitochondrial benefits at 660nm. I think the aim of the 540nm setting is reducing cellulite. The research I found on reducing swelling showed a much greater response on the "Swelling Inhibition Index" at 940nm. Interesting fact, sunlight is over half infrared. Indoor lighting is 0% infrared, unless you still have incandescent bulbs. The health benefits are achieved by getting close to the edge of visible light, 660nm showing effect directly of your cellular energy production. I think it also helps to balance the blue light from my screen. It feels wonderfully relaxing after time in LED white (blue) light.

Just simple and good; it is hard understand how for the price. I use it a few times in a week to and like the results.

We loved this until it stopped working all of a sudden. We tried to get customer support, but there’s no way to contact through Amazon. When you try externally, it also won’t allow you to contact them. And, it also seems to be a suspicious site. Red light therapy lights are supposed to last 10,000 to 25,000+ hours. We were nowhere near that.
