The whiteboard is good and you don't have any stains after rubbing the ink.

Quality is so bad that without water you can’t clean the sheet and even using water also you have to rub 10 mins to clean it

Really nice quality product and easy to use.
Sticking it on the wall is a 2 people work and cleaning it is a bit difficult like your cleaning duster or cloth must be clean or it will leave mark but everything else is good , really nice product and a good replacement for whiteboards.
