Helped me get out of my slump I felt amazing and my skin looked great

I liked the concept of taking these and was hoping for more results. It did slightly suppress my appetite but as far as effectiveness it was slightly lacking. When it came to sleep quality I couldn’t really tell the difference. Just because it didn’t work as effectively on me doesn’t mean it won’t work for you.

I bought these cause I saw them on TIK TOK obviously. I started taking 1 pill in the AM. I took 2 one day one in the am one in the pm. I stopped because that day it sent me to the restroom and cleansed me. It was just too much for my body. SO I went back to 1 in the AM. I am only 5 days in and I am down 4 lbs. I am sleeping good. I feel good. Over all good. Idk if it is supposed to help with sugar cravings or what, but it helps me and also I am a BIG cheetos girl and I don't even crave that anymore. I also do not eat after 7/8.

0 stars if I could. Took this for 3 months with my lifestyle changes and all it did was make me sick. Stomach aches, diarrhea, and vomiting. Took 1 month to get back to normal. No actual weight loss. Stopped it and have been so much better.

My friend recommended this product because it definitely has helped with her. My experience has been the absolute opposite. From the moment I started taking it I would get sick everytime. I tried different hours of the day, eating/ not eating, and just waited a couple days to try again. Nothing helped unfortunately it’s just not for me. The taste wasn’t horrible for whoever would like to give it a try and it was a decent amount for how much I paid for it. It was easy to take and it definitely took my appetite away.

Just got them today. These are the yellow long pills, not the scam round ones. I am excited to start them. Will update this review in a month.

Help clean up my face

Well it is only day 1, and I can say that right away it already decreased my appetite!! I went to wawa to get a sandwich, cause why not right? And as I'm looking at the menu I literally didn't want anything and then realized why am I trying to order food I'm actually not even hungry!! So I got a drink and left. I forced my self to eat a BLT wrap at home about 4 hours later. So far happy with it, will update in a week or so about any weight loss.
