I'm use to oil pulling, but I used coconut oil only. This oil pulling oral rinse that includes neem, ashwagandha, coconut, and cinnamon is the bomb. I love the taste, the way my teeth feel afterwards - clean, and fresh breathe. A plus with the extras; cup, tongue scraper, brush, and teeth guard.

I haven’t used it consistently enough to be able to tell if it’s helping with my gum issues. I do enjoy using it and the taste is pleasant. The toothbrush is very soft.
