I am more pleased than i thought i would. If i could give it 10 stars i would. due to a serious injury involved my spine, I needed a tens unit to help w pain but also needed something to help my muscles as some of them I have lost the ability to use them. First and foremost, this not only woke up my muscles that I could no longer use or feel, it has put me in a better state of mind feeling better about being able to improve muscle function so i can gain muscle mass.....I can not say enough about this product. my left arm I couldn't lift pass my head had lots of trouble dressing. Now It is easier getting dressed and I have more control over my movement and less pain. Got 2 for the price of one. on low settings helped my pain like a tens unit w/out the after effects of excessive swelling, I would get from using a tens unit and allowed me to move better for the whole day not just a few hours, my left arm I can use more, and have been able to do more pool exercises with in only 3 days of using this wonderful product. I'm excited to see what it does for muscle gain so that i can be able to lift dumbbells starting at 5lbs, yeah I'm pretty screwed up physically but this product has giving me way more hope than 4 years of therapy w/out the extra pain and w no added or excessive swelling therapy gave me. God Bless the makers of this product. nomessing around w replacing thoese sticky things just wet skin and wear. Thank You Thank You Thank You....

I bought this over the summer and only used it a few times. The first few times it felt like a normal tens unit and was great but I only got to use it 3 times. The 4th time I tried something was wrong. It was now shocking me. It was excruciating and I felt like I would be burned so I had to take it off immediately. It's just not safe.

having tried many of the cheaper ab stimulators I gotta say this one is amazing. The reason why is because whereas the cheaper ones make use of sticky pads that eventually degrade over time and is itchy to use, this one uses pads that are sticky based. It feels like some kind of rubber? You spray water on it to make it conductive so I think it will last a lot longer. The electric pulses are also VERY strong, its the first time I've felt that my muscles are actually sore from contraction. However I have to warn you the power of the modes are inconsistent in power. If you use mode 1 ull feel slight "tapping" of your muscles, but try mode 2 and it will scare you with its strength. Mode 2 and 8 specifically, I suggest tensing you muscle up first before turning the power on as it will make the pulse feel less strong so you wont get surprised. Do not use mode 2 or 8 on your biceps! In fact dont use any of the other modes apart from mode 1 for biceps. The other modes are waaaay too aggressive. Remember Mode 1 only for biceps! Even though the first use might scare you with the strength of the pulse, I recommend mode 2 for abs as it gives you the best stimulation. You get used to its strength after the first use!

I like these belts. You can feel that they’re doing something to your muscles. But if you’re a smaller person it’s not going to fit you. I have about a 27 inch waist I think, and the ab belt is way too big for the Velcro to attach. I have to pull it tight and sit down holding the belt against my abs. The arm ones fit better. I can even get them over my legs for a workout there as well although it’s a very tight fit.

I really like how the abdominal belt works. It has an adjustable Velcro attachment that will fit a variety of sizes. I can feel my muscles moving as if they are contracting. The belt has a small attachment that you can use to change the mode and apply more or less strength to it. My problem is with the arm belts. They deliver painful shocks! Even when placed on level 1 and in all modes it is just extremely painful. They are not supposed to shock you.

The product arrived in a very presentable high-end box (reminiscent of quality electronic products). Each contained item was individually wrapped. The assembly is just a couple of pop studs holding the USB chargeable control unit to the belt. One simple convenient USB cable, supplied, to charge all 3 control units at the same time. Operation of the control units is easy and intuitive. A great advantage of this system is that no gel packs are required to transmit the stimulation from the belt to your body. Simply mist spray a little water on the stimulation patches and on the skin, for a perfect experience. I highly rate the system and can honestly report that my muscles have had a comprehensive workout while using the device. I have worn it discreetly under clothing while working at my desk, watching the TV and hanging out at home. 5 stars.

This item does NOTHING. I have been using it everyday for over 3 weeks, just to give it an honest shot, ad absolutely NO change, except what I have done in the gym myself. Don't waste your money
