We are going to southern CA on an RV trip and its pretty hot down there. This is perfect for my small Class B coach. It's basically a mini swamp cooler that shoots water mist in the air to give you that cooling effect. Perfect for dry desert type heat. No, it's not an air conditioner in the traditional sense as it doesn't have an air compressor but it blows moist cool air.

The air flow is great, very light weight. You can control the direction with a little tab inside the vent. The color feature is pretty cool. It does produce significantly cooler air with just refrigerated cold water in the tank. It blows a mist which I really enjoy. I’m pregnant so I get hot randomly which makes the remote feature very valuable for me. I like that you can turn the lights off while the fan is on. The highest power setting can cool a small room with the door closed. Not too loud, quiet enough to sleep to. Definitely quieter than a traditional fan on high. Oh and the timer settings makes it convenient to sleep with as well! My apartment has AC issues during the day sometimes so this has really given me lots of peace
