Works - mosquitoes & gnats (I am one of those "attracts mosquitoes" people)
Mosquitoes really love me and my skin really hates mosquitoes.During the off season, when no one else thinks there are any mosquitoes, I can find them. It's a secret technique I call just being alive. So my review is a bit long...First off, I'm shocked this is so cheap. This is not a "silly" product that barely works. It contains oil extract from lemon eucalyptus. The rest of the ingredients are just for scent and dispersion. The eucalyptus is so concentrated it has some pretty decent warning labels on it. It will absolutely burn if the mist drifts near your eyes at all, but the burn doesn't linger too long. (Sometimes I am a bit too eager and lazy when spritzing it on my shirt)A bottle was left in my house (shown in photo) and I assumed it would not work. I assumed it was a "natural" and "oil" keyword product where marketing is more important than effectiveness. It reminded me of that "Skin-so-soft" stuff they used to market in the 90s (which is worthless). The gnats in my face were driving me insane, I was trying anything we happened to have on hand. It worked great. I am so glad they still sell the same product, I couldn't find it in physical stores. We used up the whole little bottle over summer. (The old version is shown in my photo for comparison.) We go outside and start doing yard work, THEN the gnats show up or the mosquitoes show up or both. Then we go back to the house to get the spray. So it does work, we can tell the difference. But - you will need to reapply it.SMELL:It smells weird, kinda like weird lemons, but it's not gross. It's better than generic flower scents. A while after spraying it, I won't be able to smell it anymore. But you can definitely tell when someone else is wearing it and they walk by (assuming you didn't use any yet). Luckily I'd say it smells more like lemon or lemon grass than traditional "eucalyptus". My only other experience with "eucalyptus" is eucalyptus cleaning product (odoban) and I do not like that smell. This stuff smells a lot better than odoban to me.GNATSFor gnats in the face - I find just spraying the brim of a baseball hat and spraying my shirt on the upper chest/neck area works well. We don't have the fancy painful-bite gnats, but the kind that find you and fly so thick in front of your face it's insane.MOSQUITOESFor mosquitoes - it needs to be on my exposed arms and legs, on my actual skin. I've never had to spray it on my face, but I have sometimes gone hardcore mode. Hat brim. My neck. A spritz on the left/right side of the head (ears/hair/hat). Shirt front. Full arms but I avoid my hands (I'm afraid I'll smear it into my face/eyes by accident) legs and ankles. I rub my arms together like a grasshopper to smear it around. If I'm wearing sandals I have to re-spray my feet/sandals more often. Keep in mind I don't live in Wisconsin where the mosquito is the state bird and they cover your arm in seconds like a flock of birds. I've never tested it there. But for my definition of "heavy mosquito area," it works pretty well. I am one of those people who mosquitos are more attracted to.DEETI like this because it's not as toxic as DEET. So I can use it more liberally. I save the more toxic DEET for when things are more serious, like ticks or hikes. Personally, I wash DEET off as soon as I don't need it anymore, preferably within a few hours. I just don't want the hassle of a serious toxin every time I'm outside for 10+ min; it doesn't seem worth it. Usually the non-DEET products just don't do much. Perhaps it's because mosquitos love me, or perhaps it's because I'm allergic to mosquito bites and I will absolutely notice if I'm getting bitten. But this is the only non-DEET product that works well enough to buy a second time. This time I bought the 6 pack, and put a bottle near each entrance. Luckily the recipe doesn't seem to have changed, and this new version is working fine.I highly recommend it. Will it make you mosquito proof? No. But is it an effective mild repellent, worth putting on? YES. The worse the mosquitos are, the more I find I really need to make sure my skin is covered well. The gnats are the easiest to repel, if they start showing up I just re-spray my hat and collar. They leave quickly.

Bug Off!
Seems to keep the mosquitos at bay. We keep a bottle at every exit and vehicle; spray as we go.... Good value for the money.

Good product
So much better for you than deet chemicals in traditional mosquito repellents. I wasn't sure if it would work as well but it actually is very effective.
