Not very stick and effectiveness in question.
I was interested in these detox foot patches, but unfortunately, they quickly became a disappointment.Seemingly easy to use from the instructions, they're not great as the stickiness of them isn't great and you can feel that they're not secure, so you need to find a way to secure them yourself if you're sleeping with them on. I tried once, and it wasn't great as they had already come off when I woke up, so I don't even know how long they were on my feet for. I then stuck them on when I sat down on my computer to ensure they're on for longer.After using these for a while, I didn't notice any significant detoxifying effects, so the effectiveness is really in question.At £10.99 for 50 patches, I expected better quality and better results. Was debating between 1 and 2 stars, but settled on 2 stars just because they might be helping a little without me knowing.

Waste of money
These are a total waste of money, they did not stick very well, had to use tape and wrap around my foot too hold it in place. By the morning it had come off, so a waste of time. Don't bother wasting your money.
