This is exactly what I was looking for to make flatbread. I spray it with Pam and this is what it looks like after 2 uses, brand new!! The flatbread does not stick and it’s easy to flip to brown both sides. It works perfect in my ninja foodie digital air fryer oven. The label came off easily, they used the “gummy sticky glue dab” similar what is used for credit cards. highly recommend!!

I bought these specifically as serving trays to make burger or taco nights more fun. They work great! The kids love when we use them because it feels like they’re at a restaurant instead of the dinner table. I went with Nordic Ware because they are high quality. Cheaper brands are lightweight, warp, and scratch easily. These pans hold up to higher temps, and are heavy. They also work great for making single servings of loaded nachos in the over or air fryer!

Absolutely positively the perfect size for one to two people. In fact I made the mistake of showing my mother who absconded with my pan. Thus this purchase as I needed a replacement. Honestly if I had known that she would find it so useful I would have gotten her a pair for her birthday. I have noticed that some of them come with a wire insert for lack of a better description that lifts the food up off the pan so the air can get a full 360 around the food. I don't know what that item is called but I am happy that they make it for the size pans. That'll probably be my next purchase. Perfect for chicken strips and french fries.

This review isn’t about cookies. I’m not a baker. It’s about nachos. We love nachos. Leftover grilled chicken? Yes, please. Leftover chili? Just add cheese! But there’s only 2 of us and one of us (me) doesn’t like guacamole and sour cream. Sometimes one of us (me again) wants nachos for lunch. My quarter-sheet pans just weren’t working. Enter these eighth-sheet pans. They’re perfect for a single layer of nachos for one. Now we each get our own tray of hot nachos made to order with no sad, lonely, naked chips. Every chip is a good one.But about the pans. I love Nordic Ware sheet pans because of their rigid construction and ease of cleaning. I’ve had my half- and quarter-sheet size pans for over a decade (sometimes I bake refrigerated cookies or frozen biscuits and once a spatchcocked turkey), and not one of them has warped. I stick these new ones right under the broiler with no worries.

I got this for my little rv oven. It’s lighter weight than my other nordic ware. But not flimsy. Shiny- ish finish. Probably ok, I haven’t used it yet, but I will definitely cover with foil to use. It looks like the finish may become a problem after some oil gets baked on. Check measurements-It’s a tiny pan!

Baked cookies which released well from panNo stickiness, hand washed well.Purchased a second one … I can place 2 pans side by side in my toaster oven.
