Excellent picture and easy to setup.
Very good picture, and easy to setup. I put the PlayStation 4 through it on a golf game and I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent detail. It comes with all apps that I use, Amazon prime, YouTube , Netflix, Apple TV, rakuten TV and freely. Quick to respond as well. The screen saver just shows random artwork or you can use your own photos. I believe a usb drive can be used to record but I haven’t tried that yet.

Good TV for the price nice built and look.
Just a few days use so far, the Hisense 50 Inch 4K QLED Smart TV 50A7NQTUK.Price just over £300 not too bad for a 4K QLED TV. For gaming with the right HDMI cable is good and some games, amazing. On 120hz game play is smooth faster and better. Colors are good and the sound amazing. Some games giving you the sound effect with the Dolby Atmos it’s like you’re wearing a headset. But depending if the TV on stand or wall and wear its displayed and what game played.Apps plenty to many but can be removed on some that are not required. Nice touch names having buttons for things like You Tube, Disney and Now TV and Netflix and other is good. One button pushes to get to the site you’re after once signed into your accounts. Is faster to boot up as a TV but then my last was 7 years old. The two Quad core 4K processor am sure helps. Looks a nice screen and the base mount long plastic but does not look too cheap with a 50” TV screen sat on top.Now does have basic modes when viewing which you can select. Like sport and cinema and filmmaker and so on and energy saving modes. Fine if you find them useful but l prefers to adjust my setting via setting mode. Brightness colors sharpness and so on much better. But the mode are helpful and can be used. For me not yet have l found the picture not perfect but this depend where the screen. Light from the outside hitting the screen can affect it not everyone has great eyes or the distance the TV placed. The picture OK for the price but no way as sharpen and clean as some other TVs. But then you’re not paying £900 or £2000 pounds for the TV. You get what your pay for simple. The remote feel a bit cheap plastic not great, but then again on how much are you paying for this TV. Assemble is easy only mount base and four screws done. So far good consider on the price, but only a few days old.

Great TV so far; even if I fell through the old one
I'm not sure whether I set the TV up or if I just clicked a few buttons whilst the TV set itself up; it was so quick and easy to install.I did have a 50" Hisense TV I was perfectly happy with, but unfortunately due to myself, an unfortunate tumble and a curtain pole; I shattered it beyond repair. I ordered this as a replacement and it came the next day; delivered by lovely couriers from ArrowXL.I was concerned seeing other reviews about the sound quality and planned a sound bar in the future if needed; however this one is much, much better than the old one for sound quality. I had to have the old one on about 22 in the living room to hear well; this one is clear at 14/16.I'm one for settings so I checked the sound and picture mode; finding one that worked well. It's heavier than the old television marginally and a little thicker; however that's okay as it is a bigger screen. The picture is clear and lovely and I'm really happy with it and especially as it was a lower price than the original TV but seems much better.I'm not a big fan on the amount of themed buttons on the top of the remote; could do without those personally but it synced up to my firestick without any setup, and the firestick remote automatically controls the TV too (again with no setup, just right away). It ran a quick update after being first setup; and the OS seems quick enough and responsive too.I'm very happy and honestly always think of and come back to Hisense as they always have a reasonable price compared to other brands.

Fantastic TV for a very good price really pleased with the picture quality crystal clear. On another note, when you order Amazon says it will deliver next day, this is not the case it is delivered by courier who only deliver on certain days, had to take a day's holiday to be here to receive it as of it has to be signed for

A WOW product
Wow, talk about plug and play, plug in, WiFi password, select language, done. I was so expecting WiFi connection difficulties, amazing. It’s just a brilliant all round TV, and with a two year warranty shows how confident they are in their products. Only downside is you can’t record on it, bet they are working on that.

No integral Freeview installed.
UK 58” 2024 model. No Freeview. After spending ages trying to complete the tuning, I could not find Freeview or Freeview Play on my TV, so I tried finding the App instead, to install it and circumvent the missing viewing platform.Couldn’t find the App however, so gave up and called Hisense customer services instead. After providing the model number, the agent declared that Hisense have recently discontinued Freeview as an integral feature, or making it available to certain UK models - mine included.I really wish they’d made that clear before I bought my new TV. I would’ve gone for a different model or brand instead.
