Nice and wide and very comfortable. Good cushion and material. Bought it due to sciatica , does help relieve stress. Helps with posture too. Worth it!

Dopo una brutta caduta, ho cominciato ad accusare un forte dolore al coccige (non in punta, giusto un po' più su). Sedermi, soprattutto durante le 8 ore di ufficio ma anche in brevi tragitti in auto o sui mezzi, era diventato un tormento. Con questo cuscino mi trovo molto bene: è piuttosto robusto (sono alta 1.75 m e peso 60 kg, lo sto usando tutti i giorni da circa un mese per otto ore al giorno e non ho riscontrato nessun appiattimento, come ho letto altrove) ma morbido ed il fatto che abbia un foro centrale e una rientranza posteriore è ottimo per non appoggiare mai la parte che mi fa male (quando sono distesa, semplicemente posiziono la parte dolorante della schiena in corrispondenza del foro ovale al centro). Sia il rivestimento esterno che il corpo dell'oggetto mi sembrano di buona qualità. In conclusione, sono soddisfatta.

I bought this because after staring a new job where I sit 8 hours a day my hips, knee and butt started to hurt. This is supportive and soft enough not to bruise your butt or hips if you shift around or sit still all day. The hole in the center is perfect for tailbone pain as the pressure is taken off the are. For people 120lbs and under this WILL work to relive the pressure and pain. The memory foam is a good thickness, resilient and doesn’t flatten after use.

Ich benutze das Kissen als Sitzerhöhung und zur Entlastung des Steißbeins - und dafür ist es perfekt. Ich sitze am Tag 10 Stunden auf dem Bürostuhl und bin nicht gerade leicht - das Kissen geht in die Usprungsform zurück und ist dick gepolstert. Der Rücken kommt ganz nebenbei in eine aufrechte Position, was mir unglaublich gut tut. Würde ich wieder kaufen!
