Why nobody mentioned that this engine model is not exact copy of TR900?
Just compare this model with the next description: The Trent 900 is an axial flow, high bypass turbofan with the three coaxial shafts. The 2.95 m (116 in) fan with swept blades is driven by a 5-stage LP turbine, the 8-stage IP compressor and the 6-stage HP compressor are both powered by a single stage turbine...

Belle maquette, beau détails surtout la soufflante avant et la la tuyère arrière ressemblant avec le véritable moteur. Le mécanisme de rotation des turbines interne pourrait être plus réaliste mais compte tenu du pris ces un belle objet.

I give this 5 stars because I consider a good value (especially as an enthusiast or educational toy). It has decent quality and with two AA batteries installed in the base, works as advertised. For an engineering student like myself, though, this model is far from authentic. Its dimensions are wrong compared to the real Trent 900. Worst, the inside is not really reflective if the real engine, for example, the entire high pressure compressor is missing. There’s a model for sale on Amazon that looks so much more detailed and accurate, but costs over 1,000 bucks. So for its price, this Nikola Toy model is passable.

In general its ok, but I wouldn’t want to pay full price. The motor didn’t work so instead of sending it back I took apart the motor assembly and found a broken wire due to inferior method of attachment of the wires to the contacts. Fixed it and now it works. That’s why the 3 stars. It is a good view of the basic workings of a jet engine.
