This tea is the best so far . I have used it for almost 20 days and it helps with the pcos symptoms ..feeling more relaxed then before ...worth a try .

i am using this since an year. i cant say that i used it consistently but still somehow managed to consume it whnvr necessary. from the beginning i suffered with irregular periods , cysts, and all pcod symptoms. recently i started yoga with this tea. im not consistent then so i hv seen results in 10 months. pcod now completely under control. if you are consistent you may see results earlier. i can proudly say that im now consistent. i m hvng it daily after knowing its worth. you can buy it without hesitation only thing needed is consistency.

its not suitable for everyone, its heating up the body. too many spices and daily its not suggested.
