It is quite effective. Protects me from the seatbelt digging into the neck/ shoulder. The fabric is soft & thick. It is a little too long & it does interfere with the seatbelt retracting back into the pillar, but that is easily solvable by manually adjusting. it provides good support & is a great buy.
