I do admit to being surprised at the size of the bar. It measures around 9” and has good heft. Now down to the negative. While it did polish some, it kept chunking off when applying it to the wheel, leaving small unused chunks on the ground.

This white rouge is refined and works excellently. The price and quantity makes this polish a great value. As with all polish, a clean surface is very important to remove metallic oxidation. I used a citric acid based sonic cleaning solution, a carbon steel Dremel wheel and then a soft linen wheel for polishing.

Perfect size and polishes well

I have used rouge for over 35 years. I love the high polish it gives to my silver. This product is defective and luckily I still had some of my old rouge left over so I was able to finish a job. This bar of rouge went in the trash can. Very disappointed and will certainly not buy this product again. I think it has too much moisture as it seems to gum up on the silver metal I am trying to polish. Leaving a hard residue. I dont bother to return such items as this takes more time that it is worth.

Works as it should! I use it on a bench-mounted cloth wheel. Liking what I see.
