I’ve been taking Viva Naturals Omega‑3 daily for about 2 months, usually with breakfast, to support my heart and joint health. The softgels are on the larger side but still easy for me to swallow, and I really appreciate that there’s little to no fishy aftertaste or ‘fish burps’ afterward. What I like most is the high omega‑3 content per serving, so I don’t have to take a bunch of capsules to get a meaningful dose.
