Well Plated does it AGAIN!
I have Erin's first book and have cooked 40+ recipes from it and they have all been a hit, and WellPlated.com is my go to for recipes!This second book is STUNNING! Every recipe has a photo (a must for me!), the ingredients are easy to find, and the instructions are clear and not overly-complicated. And the dishes are DELISH! So far I have made the Bragging Rights Pie Crust (my first pie crust EVER!), Peanut Butter and Jelly Bars, and Slow Cooker Creamy Corn Chicken Chorizo Chowder and they were all winners and turned out exactly as described. You can really tell that these recipes have been tested many times over in many kitchens.There really is something for everyone - salads, different proteins, soups, hearty meat-free meals, one-pan meals, and more!Highly recommend!

Delicious, simple, healthy recipes
I love Erin's blog so much that I had to buy her cookbook and I love it! Full of her delicious recipes that my family loves with healthy ingredients and easy to follow directions. Her King Ranch chicken is a huge favorite!

another great Well Plated cookbook!
The first Well Plated Cookbook is one of my all-time favorites so I was looking forward to Well Plated Everyday. I am really enjoying exploring its new recipes-- all delicious, healthy and interesting. The recipes are accompanied by clear photographs and easy-to-follow instructions. There are options for substitutions of ingredients and ways to take the recipe to the next level. Chapters focus on recipes for all parts of a meal-- breakfast and brunch, appetizers, salads, main dishes, sandwiches, soups, sides, and desserts. I'm sure I will rely on this new cookbook for inspiring ways to use healthy ingredients to create delicious meals. I would recommend this new book for both a novice or experienced cook. It would make a great gift for the holidays or for yourself. Can't wait to explore it further!

Absolutely Beautiful Must-Have in Your Kitchen!
I wasn’t sure there would be a book that I’d love more than the first Well Plated book, but Well Plated Everyday is a contender! Erin knocked it so far out of the park again with the most gorgeous book of new recipes and tips. Every single recipe has an incredible photo and she gives the best tips for making things easier and even more delicious. Definitely a must in your kitchen and a perfect gift for friends, family, holidays, house warming and more!

Yummy Recipes!
Pleased with my purchase.Looked at it at my local library beforehand and liked all of the recipes, which are very doable.The book itself is nicely laid out and has nice color, and wonderful photos.Pleased with my purchase!!

A good cook book
Most the ideas were simple and easy enough to make. It was also refreshing to have new meal ideas as I would have never guessed to pair some of these food items.

A favorite cookbook!
Every meal that we have tried has been a huge success. So flavorful and healthy with great directions and pictures! We have added at least 3 to a regular meal rotation in our home. I like that the step by step directions are clear and the optional ways to fix the item are included. If I'm running short on time the directions will suggest that I use a shortcut such as rotisserie chicken. She gives help in some of the recipes to remind me that I can save time by fixing parts of the recipe a day ahead. I find that I am turning to this cookbook over and over for stellar meals. My husband is happy that many of the items that we have tried have simple and healthy ingredients and plenty of vegetables!

Erin has done it again!
I have "earmarked" nearly every recipe in this book. Simple, fresh ingredients and easy to follow directions. I just love her stories, her recipes and her encouragement to cook! You must subscribe to her Well Plated blog and follow along. It's such a sweet refreshing ride!
