I bought the FITVII Health & Fitness Tracker 2024 as a gift for a friend who’s been focused on losing weight and improving their overall health — and it’s been a total game-changer for them!Right out of the box, the watch looks sleek and modern. It paired easily with their phone, and the call/message feature is a great bonus — they can answer calls while working out or on the go without reaching for their phone.What really makes this watch shine are the fitness and health tracking features. My friend loves that it tracks heart rate, blood pressure, sleep quality, and even blood oxygen levels — all in real time. It helps them understand how their body is responding to workouts and lifestyle changes. The 120+ sport modes are impressive too — whether they’re walking, cycling, or trying something new, there’s a mode for it.

I have really liked this watch but recently I started having trouble charging it. I tried everything I could find online and on YouTube, to no avail. I contacted the seller who responded promptly. They requested a receipt or date of purchase, and a video of what was happening when I tried to charge it. I sent that and got a response the next day. They thanked me and sent me a new watch, which I received today. Top notch service. I could not have asked for more. I highly recommend them.

Overall, a good product. It does everything as advertised. It monitors a number of bodily functions continuously and accurately. However, the icons that control all of the functions are a bit small. One thing that bothers me the most is the countdown timer which I use for a variety of activities from cooking to meditation. When the time expires, the watch gives a single short vibration. If you were not anxiously waiting for the time to expire, you can miss the vibration. A series of two or three short vibrations would be better. As for the activities it monitors, you have a wide range to choose from, and they can be activated on the watch. I like that activities can be added to the list displayed on the watch. However, it would be better if activities could also be removed so you only see the things you actually do rather than have to scroll through the lengthy list. As stated, it is a good product for its price point with many functions and options. The improvements suggested would make the watch even better.

I contacted customer support because my husband's HM7 tracker band would not stay attached. Within two days a replacement HM7 was delivered to our door. My emails were answered immediately, and they kept in contact to make sure everything was okay. We both wear HM7 trackers and are very happy with the information and performance of the trackers. Their customer support service is outstanding and responsive immediately to your issue.

I order this watch for my husband to monitor his bp, heart, and oxygen level, he likes for that reason. But after a few days I had a problem with this watch so I emailed customer support. I am glad I did because the way they response my email is top notch they send me a new one faster than I thought I dont have to pay anything for the replacement even the shipping. Thank you so much for the replacement, husband is now happy again.

This is a really great smartwatch, we purchased this for my mother-in-law so that she can keep up with her blood pressure and also keep track of everything else that this cool little watch does. It's easy to connect it was not hard for her to set up which was a great thing I like that it's waterproof so if she forgets to take it off in the shower it's not going to break and so far it's working out really well for her. Definitely worth the price.

In terms of functionality and what this watch does for the price I was extremely happy. However the plastic the watch is made of is weak. The stock band is uncomfortable for someone with arms as hairy as mine, so I replace it with a stretchy nylon band. All was good until one of the times I was taking the watch off and the metal bar that secures the band ripped through the watch's plastic and no band will stay on the watch now.
