I think you would be better suited to buy Ktape and do your knee like indicated on youtube K tape.

NOT RECOMMENDED.
This the third type of tape I decided to compare to the Ace and Walmart brand. By far the Walmart is much better. This tape does not stretch much causing it to loosen and come off causing annoyance. I highly do not recommend this product. It is very rare that I rate a product so low, however this item unfortunately is poor in performance. In addition, I began experiencing mild skin irritation.
