Straight to the heart.
I thoroughly enjoyed Noah's engaging book. He speaks very honestly about his own personal journey & his decision to embrace the spiritual path. His pithy, humorous, direct style in espousing the essential truth of the Dhama is appealing. I found his socially engaged approach to living the truth of the Buddha's Awakening encouraging & inspiring.

Excellent read - straight to the heart of the buddha's teachings
This book is highly reccomended as a way into bringing Buddhism into modern western life in a real way. Noah Levine writes with clarity, rawness and directness, encouraging the reader through well thought through (and well lived through - in Noah's case) teachings on the path of the 'Dharma Punk'. We must go against the stream in order to change. Powerful stuff.

right place right time
This book is very good - as a have a go Buddhist and an aging punk rocker it landed on my desk at a very apt time in my life. I have also used some of the lessons I took from the book and have applied them to the real world. Good read and will be checking out the other titles by Noah

Funding Evil
Supporting a religion that takes & programmes children to spend their lives preaching their gospel, is nothing short of sick. This religion is as corrupt as any other: Priests living in the lap of luxury; systematic covering up of paedophilia; parents being paid to have their children taken away & so on.Don't believe the hype.
