How do you rate a fuse? It works if you don't do something to blow it.

They don't blow... unless they are supposed to.
These are fuses. They work as planned. The first rule of tinkering with electronics; Always have spare fuses. The second rule of tinkering with electronics; Always have spare fuses. The third rule of tinkering with electronics; Always have spare fuses. The fourth rule of tinkering with electronics; turn it off and ensure all capacitors have discharged before pulling out that 1000V vacuum tube. The fifth rule of tinkering with electronics; Always have spare fuses.

Use these under cabinets
I live on a Caribbean island that has a lot of power outages and these really help and since they are put up with a magnet I can take one down to use as a flashlight
