Excellent ice mold to make big blocks for our ice plunge/ cold bath. It doesn’t melt quickly like a bag of ice. I also use it in our cooler when traveling and it lasts without making a mess on the food

I got these to use to freeze water to make large blocks of ice to put in my ice chest in the summertime. The large blocks last much longer than bagged iced cubes. They are perfect for hot weekend camping trips.

So our freezer ice maker is broken, and my parents don't care enough to fix it. Instead they've been buying chunks of ice. So we got this, and it works spectacularly!! We paired it with a nice ice pick, and it makes a TON of ice per block. I would say that because the mold is so large, it takes about 2 days to get it fully solid (unless you have a power freezer haha), but the ice is incredibly easy to take out, and the mold itself is quite firm and doesnt bend or get funky even with a bunch of water in it. Definitely well worth the buy.
