I work as a creative educator (music supply) twice a week in a school and since I discovered this book I have used it every week to prepare my warm-ups! The exercises are simple and easy to understand and work well with the children. My only criticism if of the layout but I have become used to it. Definitely a good tool.Creative Teaching Pocketbook

A very user friendly set of music based activities for children with Special Needs such as autism. Every page has a detailed description of the activity, how to set it up and what it's purpose is. What more do you need?!

It's a good book but it hasn't activities that are really new. I liked it, but it isn't amazing, yet is a good tool to work with children.

I bought this book for inspiration of some musical games I could incorporate into my Music Therapy sessions with young autistic children. The nice thing about the games in here is that they are adaptable to most situations and there are so many you're sure to find something you can use! These would be great for the classroom, activity club or anywhere - highly recommended!
