Nice and big for your sheets to fit on

I have been trying to find a way to contact Amazon to say that there was a small piece missing from this washing line when I opened it today. I have been ill and in hospital, so have only just been well enough to get the line erected in the garden. The piece missing is the small green piece which fits on the end of the arms to allow an item on a coat hanger to be held safely. I am concerned that rain could get inside the arm of the washing line without this piece. It seems silly to return the whole thing, especially as we have set the tube to hold the line in concrete as instructed. Please would you contact me to correct this small fault in what seems a good quality line? Thank you.

What a load of crap this airer is !!!! The wire that pulls it up & open into place has snapped so I can’t use it anymore !! No instructions on how to use either !! It’s flimsy & expensive for what you get 😡😡😡

This has been a great disappointment. We bought this line because we have had similar in the past. The line collapses without warning in even the lightest of breezes, and despite being thoroughly tested when raised, resulting in the clothes getting dirty.

I purchased this in May, deciding to opt for a more expensive rotary line hoping I was paying for quality. The product is already broken and unusable. I would no recommend.
