Quick as a microwave. Steam feature is excellent for maintaining the flavor of reheated food. Once you get the hang of it, it's easier to multi-task in the kitchen. Simple, clean and whole foods is easier and faster to prep with it. I've done steamed shrimp scampi, air fried breaded eggplants, reheated chicken and broccoli with rice left over, reheated lamb chops (super juicy) and burgers. I use it for almost everything. Perfect for summer cooking in apartments!

I Wish it came with an operating manual or or guide of some kind. Initially, would have been helpful when you are excited to begin using it.

Had a weird plastic like attachment in back which made it hard to slide in pan sat level 1. No guide or starter cook book. Could have been priced less. Works well looks good under cabinet

Item arrived in good condition.Don't even know how to turn it on. No documentation included.No manual, no nothing.Just one of those scan icons that says you can get into after scanning.If your over 50, steer clear of any of this refurbished equipment, Its not worth the time.I just ordered the manual for 32.00 dollars from a 3rd party.

I love this thing. Especially for re-heating meat I.e. roast or chicken breast. It takes a few more minutes than a microwave but instead of ruining the taste it makes it better. Same thing with frozen food. It is definitely a must-have.

The different cooking options are really nice. Nice for small meals, I use it more than my oven and I got rid of my air fryer .
