Five star review. This action figure is great for a hobbyist or collector. Relatively inexpensive the details are precise and designed well. Item comes in a box with fun information about the product and others, keep the box it's neat. Very accurate to the original design looks just like it. Suitable for any age really. It's size is more than large enough scale wise. Made very well too.

For those that enjoy the series "Mobile Fighter G Gundam" which aired in 1994 in Japan and in 2002 for the USA this figure is a perfect fit for Gundam fans new and old! This Amazon exclusive is truly a premium Gundam universe figure! Not only is it based off Burning Gundam, but it's based of Burning Gundam's Super Mode! Pros: The paint on this figure is a 10/10 for how it glistens gold in any lighting condition and will stand out wherever its placed. The figure has a very nice weight to it and feels super sturdy and can support itself on its own two feet with ease. It's size is also a perfect fit on any shelf with a wide range of articulation making it great for play, stop motion films, and posing. In terms of its design, it's proportions are very nicely done with a stylized Gundam Universe twist. (Meaning it's proportions are a little on the chunkier side, which honestly works well for gundams in general imo) Cons: Some joins are a little stiff and may require a little playing around to loosen up. The "Burning Finger" alternate hand is very tough to snap in. I would highly recommend carefully sanding the ball joint down just a little bit so it's an easier fit. And lastly, the red chest core tends to pop out making more likely to lose if you're planning to get this for a younger fan. I would say it's better suited for teen and adult collectors. I wish we could get an accessory pack with beam sabers, or the glowing ring that's supposed to go behind its wings to complete the look. But, we can hope for the future! Great figure! 6.3 inch height. Looks great on the shelf!

This figure is awesome! Looks exactly like the Zaku from the show. So much detail! Very nice addition to my collection. Highly recommend. Update: I thought I should add a update to my review. Since I have ordered another one. This is probably my favorite Gundam universe figure. I mostly collect the MSIA line of figures. And I like to customize them. This Gundam universe figure is sturdy enough I think I could modify and customize it. At the very least I think it would be really cool too take very thin sheet metal and panel it and paint it.

While these are no replacement for budget friendly MSiA figures, Gundam Universe usually delivers perfecty adequate results and the Tallgeese II is no exception. If you can't afford the Metal Robot Spirits, this can provide you with something within eye-unfocusing distance from being in scale. Every element of the figure is more or less adequate, from the detailing (no weird missing important stuff like Shenlong's Dragon Head), to quality feel, do how reasonably it resembles the original MS (a problem that sometimes pops up in the Robot Universe line, where some Gundams/MS are more..suggestions of their original TV/Movie forms, than any form of accurate). The only bewildering omission is that the backpack thrusters don't open up, just like the original Tallgeese figure. If you're looking for a good looking budget friendly alternative to the Metal Robot Spirits Tallgeese II, to paraphrase Treize Kushrenada himself, "I'm sure God would understand the steps you're taking" in purchasing this.

Good mold, easy to pose and display. Only negative is it doesn't have all of its weapons, but that's standard for this figure line.

Cool starter gundam but the real sets are easy to do so go do those next

It is a good model. It has good amount of details for its size. Additionally, you can pose it or play with it if you want very nicely.
