The item arrived very quickly, well packed in a protective box.I was immediately amazed by the stylish design and the light weight. But at the same time, it looks very resistant, made of high quality materials, such as stainless steel, also the cord is very robust and long.The best thing, however, is that it is really super easy to use! All that you need to do is pour the milk and press one button, wait a minute and you'll get a very dense milk froth. Amazingly the milk can be cold frothed as well, or heated only. I tried to use also skimmed milk and soya milk and the froth was perfect as well. It is also very easy to wash, although you can't use the dishwasher.Is so easy and relaxing that I'm having a cappuccino every morning before going to work!

The motor inside drives the round spring to make the milk froth. However, the design flaw here is to stop milk from leaking into the motor / electrical parts through the motor shaft. They have "solved" it by placing rubber insulation around the shaft.My reason for one star is that this rubber insulation occasionally prevents the motor from working. One would need to turn manually back and forth using his fingers in order to free the motor, and it will start working again.Unfortunately, today, it became so stiff that I even applied some oil, and used my fingers as well, but it still remained stiff. Examining the shaft, I can see brown particle residues of old milk. One would need to unscrew and dismantle it to solve this problem. I could have done this, but the fundamental problem would still remain: "How would the motor shaft agitate and froth the milk without letting the milk get into the motor?".Goodbye my lovely milk frother. You served me well while you lasted.Things to note:I use it once in a while, wash and put it back. I think using it constantly and more frequently would prevent issues like this.

The frother has stopped working but was quickly replace by the supplier. Excellent Service.

It’s very easy to use and makes my coffe like in restaurant. The quality of the material is strong and it’s easy to clean.

This drives me crazy. The milk is barely heated at all and even when you use very little milk it still overflows by the time there’s enough heat to be worth while.I have spilled milk everywhere every time I have used it as there’s no auto-off and the lid isn’t air-tight. I also find that the button doesn’t make much sense - once for not really warm and twice for really not warm? Why?The other thing that is strange is you have to wash the whole unit (except for the base, like a kettle) whilst avoiding getting the buttons wet and that really bothers me. I really don’t like it.I wish I had read the reviews of this before I had bought it.

This is a really good product for making frothy milk for cappuccino. I don't need to buy the milk capsules anymore which saves me money. It's also very quick.

The blending aspect of my Milk Frother ceased working after only having minimal use, and this occurred after the return period expired. However, I contacted the seller and experienced a customer service that is second to none. I have received a full refund for the item without question. So even though my frother broke I am giving this five stars as I am so impressed with the speed in which the matter has been dealt with, and the outcome.
