These are amazing. You forget youre wearing it. I had a surgery and have to wear a binder. This binder stays put, breaths, and is comfortable. I would recommend this to everyone.Also, it does slim the waist and keeps posture well without causing pain. I've worn this for long car rides, weddings, playing golf, laser tag, and 15 hrs in a long day.My doctor did approve this to be accepted in place of the surgical binder I was using.

Works well, fits true to size. Easily slips off/on if you have narrow hips versus hooking all of the clasps every time. I wear this every day for compression to help with dysautonomia, and it works great. Very comfortable, non-irritating.

Recently had abdominal surgery and needed an alternative to the hospital wrap. Very comfortable and doesn’t ride up

Real customer. I have had 5% urge to take this off. No lie! It's long for taller ladies... I'm 5'7. You can move in it. It sucks you in to look more natural and helps my posture. I can breathe.

Doesn't do much for the waist but I will say it's very moveable maybe if the fabric pulled the side in it would be perfect, on my back it lifts if you are a heavy girl I suggest tighter for preference results

Not for short torso Bends in the due to it being so long. But some what holds you in.

This trainer is very breathable and comfortable. It smooths my body very. It’s true to size, I am 5’3 & 174lb usually wear size 12. I ordered size XL for this trainer and it fits perfectly. I like this style of shapewear because I can wear my bra and it’s easy to go to bathrooms. The trainer stays in place most of the time unless you do big stretches. The trainer has adjustable hooks which allow me to decide how snug I want it to be. I definitely recommend this trainer.

I had a tummy tuck 3 weeks ago and have been looking for compression I can live with that isn’t too pricey. Well, I think this is it! I like being able to wear my own bra and not having anything to take off to be able to go to the bathroom. It isn’t as tight as the Fajas my surgeon’s office gave me, but it is giving decent compression, and I love how long it is. I am 5’9” with a long torso. I don’t recommend it for women with shorter torsos. I got the 2 x because I have trouble getting compression on. But in retrospect, I probably could have gone with the xl for tighter compression. I’ve only been wearing this for about 15 minutes, but I love it so far.
