Naturally wild Alaskan salmon, sustainably caught off the coast of Alaska, are immediately rushed to our smokehouse within days of being caught, where only premium salmon are individually selected for our smoking process. Once selected, the salmon are hand filleted and then marinated in an all-natural brine of our full-flavored seasonings.

I always hate to buy smoked salmon because the packages are too big for just one person. These are the perfect size for one. The salmon had a good taste. Be careful when you open it liquid will spill out though. I put it on top of rye bread with cream cheese and added some capers for saltiness. I hope it comes back in stock. It had a small piece of the skin attached, no bones. And it was not overly salty.

Tastes like Tuna
I've eaten a lot of salmon, of all forms including smoked, and this taste nothing like salmon. Examining it, the skin is wrong it has very small scale marks. The consistency is that of Tuna as well. I feel ripped off for the size of this fillet. its no wonder its so cheap. This is fake salmon dont buy it

Much more like canned salmon than like smoked salmon.
Much more like good quality but overpriced canned salmon than like smoked salmon. Stay with the grocery store refrigerated variety rather than this just okay product.

Great Smoked Salmon
Oh wow! This is the real deal for smoked salmon. Small but packed with flavor. Very juicy. Not cheap but not cheap tasting either. Great value.
