Incredible Folding Scalpel Blade, Very Sharp, Very Low Profile, Perfect and Versatile!
This folding scalpel knife is a fantastic little tool, perfect for EDC or various tasks around the house. Its compact size makes it easy to carry in your pocket or attach to a keychain using the included loop. The flip mechanism works smoothly, just push the tab on the back to open it, and push against the locking bar to close. The blades are razor-sharp and use a standard #24 design, making replacements readily available. It’s especially handy that it comes with 10 extra blades right out of the box. Swapping the blades might feel tricky at first, but once you figure out the technique (tilt slightly and pull to remove, then snap a new one in place), it’s simple and secure. All in all, this knife is highly functional and reliable for precision cutting tasks, and very very sharp, as advertised. Definitely recommended!

Convenient scalpel
I love this little thing, best box opener you can get IMO. It's so light, you will not notice it in your pocket. I have a little zip pocket on most my pants and shorts that this lives in and I frequently send it through the wash because I can't feel it when I'm going through the pockets before putting my clothes in the wash. The titanium and stainless don't mind and don't rust. And it's ready to go already in my pocket when I need it lol. I've actually considered buying one for each of my pants and shorts with the zippered pocket so I can just leave it in there and not worry about accidentally forgetting it at home in the wrong pants. The blade is really easy to deploy with the flipper on the back, stays locked into position nice. Easy to close with the frame lock. The bearing action is smooth and it has a nice detent to keep the blade in its un-deployed state while pocketed. It's very convenient to be able to swap out the blades like you would with other utility knives, immediately on site, no bothering with a sharpener. The blades are VERY sharp out of the box, but they will dull kinda quick.Over all it's a great small tiny light-weight knife, you won't even notice it in your pocket until you need it. You can keep it in that tiny pocket in your jeans or any other small pockets you have.

you won't be disappointed.
Lost my normal knife I've carried for the last ten years and saw this. I bought it on a whim, and it's actually my favorite daily carry I've had. Super smooth action and replacement blades are very handy. Very sharp out of the package. Super cool product. Worth more than you pay.

Did the job.
I used this to cape my Bighorn sheep for full body mount last week and it did great. The blades are fairly easy to change. The only draw back for me is the size of the handle. Although the handle is small, it did work. If the handle was larger I would have given it a five. One last thing, I don't like how the blade lock mechanism work. Yes it works but it does not feel safe. I would recommend this to anyone, with one caveat, if you can find one with a larger handle go for it.

The best
I've got several titanium folding scalpels like this. I use them in my business as exacto knives for cutting paper. I use a #26 blade with these, and they make great exacto knives. They're easy to whip out to use and put away quickly.I also carry one every day on my pants with a #60 blade. I recommend the blades from "Havalon". They're thicker and less likely to break if cutting something tough. They fit the handle very well.I've got several different kinds of folding scalpels with a pocket clip and fast spring action opening.I'd say this is the best in terms of its size, usability with #60 blades, low weight, pocket clip, and quality. There are a million different knives like this. I've already bought three of this exact kind, one I carry every day. Please OLITANS, keep making this knife. It's great.

Best scalpel knife.
This thing is super sharp and super compactThis one has a lock so it won’t close up on your finger and kinda locks in the closed position has resistance so it won’t flop open in your pocket.Best built and scalpel blade knife made.

Perfect, Just as Promised
This is a great little flipper scalpel, just as advertised. I'd say it's a great value for the money (and it is), but really it's great even without seeing the price first. I own several other competitors' folding scalpels at a significantly higher cost, but I still like this one the best so far.My top pros:* Blade is secure, fits both #60 and #24 blades fine* Frame-lock snaps perfectly into place, remains secure* Blade and holder are nicely centered between the scales* Bearings do their job nicely, flips out smoothly* Pocket clip is anchored by 2 points, less likely to work loosePreference wishes for sleeker/compact aesthetics:* Lose the milled slots (for tritium tubes?)* Lose the keyring holes on the end IMHO* Wish there was a short version for just #24 bladesOverall I would happily buy again. I do see there's a #24 variant for sale and have ordered it, but it doesn't have the pocket clip and doesn't appear to have the same straight frame this one does. Nonetheless, if it turns out as nice as this one, I'll be happy with it too.

QUALITY IS GOOD BUT WILL NOT WORK WITH #60A BLADES
The knife holder is good quality and works smoothly. The thin blades that come with it work fine but will not work with the heavier 60A blades as RUFUS said it would.
