When I ordered this, there were no reviews so I was a bit apprehensive. But I am very pleased. The packaging was really good. I managed to assemble on my own. Kids love it!

Quite simple to put up and we love that we can change the height to suit different ages. It's already provided hours of fun and good exercise for all the family.

I have the set all put together now (really simple) and it's a great, high quality basketball hoop set. Feels sturdy at full extension and couldn't be happier especially for the price I paid.Delivery was quick but unfortunately when I opened it I had noticed a crack in the base (meant to hold water). Was worried as I wasn't previously aware of Yaheetech and thought how much of a bother it would be to return such a large product etc. but I contacted them after 5 on a Friday (thinking I wouldn't get a response till the next work week) but instead received a very apologetic message within half and hour! They requested images so they could log it to reduce it happening in the future and not long after they let me know a new base was on it's way to me, which also arrived quickly. Really great service.I will also note that I don't worry that my new base would crack, it seems very robust. The part that had on the original is really quite rigid plastic that I imagine took a hit in shipping, something that, now it is stationary in my backyard, I have full confidence won't happen.

Easy to assemble, perfect height. Exactly what my daughter wanted. Used constantly since it’s arrived. Be aware it takes a lot of water to fill to keep it weighted down.

Despite the concerns I had when unpacking this is well put together and once you fill the base with sand it feels super solid!

The basketball hoop and post etc is excellent. It took about 1hr45mins to put together - I concentrated really hard (very easy to get the front/back the wrong way round when erecting the poles). However, most amazing thing was the company sent me a replacement hoop - as when I erected the whole pole & hoop for the first time a very strong gust of wind immediately blew it over (before I was able to put water and ballast on to the base) and so the hoop got squashed as it crashed to the floor. I wrote to the company asking if I could purchase a new hoop and instead they sent me a replacement hoop free of charge - they were really kind and fast to replace. Thank you Yaheetech (Ipswich) so much. Thank you. We are now using it for a charity event. I've bought guy ropes just in case the wind is seriously strong!

Great value for this, paid £75 and it feels much more expensive
