Perfect for weight training , I have small hands so did consider getting the xs ones but the s fit perfectly x

These gave great protection for general weight lifting against skin tearing.The grip for me is not strong enough. I suggest sizing down as when gripping onto anything the gloves are moving off my hand and with the bar slightly.
