!!!!!!!! Top Entry OLED TV !!!!!!!!
This is a replacement for a projector that had developed an issue after 400hrs. The only drawback I had to initially to buy this was the screen size, going from 100inch to 48 was a shame BUT I do not regret it in any way. Out of the box is simple, DO NOT LIFT, pull the box over theres little flaps on the bottom that releases it so you don't struggle. Please don't be tempted to hold the TV from the screen. Install was straight forward as this was being mounted on the wall. NOTE : The power cord is attached directly to TV so bare in mind that you only have 1.5m to the plug, make sure to measure if installing on the wall. Turned on and from that point it's a dream to operate, setup simple, and the UI menus are quick, I also have another LG but it's got an A5 Gen5 chip, compared to that it blows it out of the water. Home screen is nice but be warned it does have lots of advertising BUT can be minamised in settings. Picture quality is just mind blowing. In all honesty I can't fault it other than the power cable not being removable. It's a amazing TV very very very smart, so if you don't like to techy then this may not be for you, but it suits me just fine. I don't use an aerial or satellite it's purely internet based, everything runs just as it should.........it's a must must buy if you want to get into OLED.

Delivery was very speedy. The couriers took meticulous care in handling the box and scrutinised the packing box for any sign of damage. The tv is fabulous both picture and sound

Stunning TV with poor network
The TV itself is stunning, everything you'd expect for a high quality OLED. However it has a 100Mb ethernet port and WiFi that seems to have a 250Mb maximum speed. That should be plenty for 4k streams but it doesn't perform, often dropping to HD. Using a Google Chromecast connected to it removed these network issues but it shouldn't be necessary. It's not my network, I have Gigabit fibre and mesh WiFi that has no issues with other devices that have up to date network hardware.

Dreadful user interface
I've had this tv less that 24 hours and I want to send it back. We have an aerial (antenna) and a satellite dish. The auto tune found and tuned into both. So far so good. The trouble is the remote is minimal with as few buttons as possible, so you have to launch the user interface on the tv to do anything and it is far from intuitive. On our old tv, switching between the aerial and the satellite was easy - we pressed the source button and selected the one we wanted. With this tv it takes 9 steps to switch between the two inputs. It is overcomplicated. It seems as though it was designed by a mobile phone designer for people who live in cities and only watch streaming services. When you turn the tv on, it goes straight into a screen for selecting apps. Why can't it perform it core function and goes straight into tv mode? On the plus side, assembling and fitting the stand was straightforward with good instructions. It's a shame there weren't such instructions for operating the tv itself. If I could figure out how to get it back into the packaging I'd return it right now, but even the packaging is complicated. It is nothing but a source of frustration. This may be a good tv but it's too hard to operate for me to find out.
