Very Detailed!
It's rather impressive how well this model went together. The detail is impressive. I wouldn't say it was supper easy, but for an experienced builder, it would only take a day. However, it's still very satisfying. The way it moves, the small detail in it, right down to a very small Auto Bot symbol on his battle helmet.Other then a few area's that would not effect movement, that need a little glue, it goes together very well, is solid and looks fantastic. I will buy from these sets again. The price is also very fair. They are small, or at least this one was, but so worth it.

Product as described. Relatively easy to assemble. Detail is fantastic.....however....I would recommend this for older people who won't let the little kid in them to die. I'm 50 and it's great with my other collectibles. It is plastic and realistically would not be great to play with. Therefore I would not recommend it for kids.

Excellent Beginner model kit
Fun. First time doing any kind of model kit. The instructions say no nippers needed, but I bought a nipping set (?) anyway and I was glad I did. Making clean cuts was much better than pulling the parts off the sprue and leaving those little nubs attached. Be in the mood to go slow and take your time. It would seem that model-making is about the journey and not the destination. I gave my finished figure to my wife to display on her office at work and I will probably buy this again just to for the building process.As a finished figure, it is small. It does have all the articulation you'd want in an action figure, but a kid would only destroy this thing as a toy, not to mention there are too many small parts to swallow or choke on. It is very detailed and is obviously meant for display. If you're a GenX kid who couldn't get a G1 Transformer, this will probably do it for you. The original Optimus Prime was ugly anyway. Enjoy!

Not as big as I'd imagined but a solid figure that holds together well! Planning on getting the rest for sure.

Crap
They should elaborate more that this model(not a figure at all) is very, very small. You've been warned, spend the extra money and buy a bigger, poseable, transformable "figure"
