I would recommend because i'd say weird enough i have slept better with it on. But... the downside, you have to treat it with care. I bent it to put it on and take it off, which led to breaking it after 2 montha of receiving it. So ... tip: keep it on as much as possible if you want it to last longer than mine.

If you’re looking for a nice looking bracelet, this one is it. Metal was fairly thick. The engraving was complete and accurate. However, as one gentleman already pointed out, it is varnished metal. So if you’re looking for some kind of health benefit, this is lacquer and does not give you skin contact with copper. Also, I did have a magnet pop out after the first day of wearing. I then saw that the “magnet“ was actually a hollow metal disc. So again a good looking bracelet, just not the most effective if you’re looking for health properties.
