Does exactly what it says it will. Very comfy and helps with neck pain.

Sadly this pillow did not work for me and I did an entire week but just kept tossing and turning! Woke up with a horrible headache several days! It is very well made and very heavy duty, just did not help me!

Used this pillow for a month. Worst ever. Im in more pain and couldn't sleep at all with this pillow. Such a waste of money. Definitely going in the bin...

While the pillow is okay, I don't find it has enough support on the back of my neck. Has not made a difference in my neck pain.

This thing works and is amazing for what it is. The solid foam shape, somehow fits just right. There is a small side and a large side, so good for whatever support you may need. The temp of it doesn't get hot and sweaty, it breathes fine and keeps cool. I have had a great reduction of shoulder pain from year of abuse of chopping wood with axe, flipping food on flattops, and working with my arms above my head. It is kinda heavy but keeps it in place. I love this thing. I take it on all trips anywhere I go.

I have been searching for quite a while for a good pillow to support my neck-I recently had neck surgery. Thank you for making this pillow. It is like I designed it myself. I love it.

I ordered the soft one but I could use it a little softer than what it is made.

Feels very comfortable with nice support no matter how you sleep. Definitely get the soft version.
