They work and are 4 ply rated.
I needed to repair my hand truck and replaced the bad inner tubes with these.They woked perfectly. They appear to be jsut as thick a material as the original tubes but I did note that they were not as big. THe old tubes when you put them in and inflated them a little filled up the tire cavity. These, when you inflate a little, leave some room in the tire cavity.That's probably nothing too concerning, as they inflated to the right pressure and did the job perfectly well.THey have the same exact specifications on them as the old tubes, so all in all I am pleased with the results.
