Soft and smooth hands
I’ve always suffered with dry skin on my hands which only gets worse as the weather gets colder. I have tried all kinds of hand creams over the years but they always feel too greasy or too heavy and none of them have been just right for me. I was recommended to try the Cerave Reparative hand cream and it has been a life saver for me. My skin is now smooth and soft and it feels like there is a protective barrier on my hands. I particularly like that it contains hyaluronic acid as this is one of my favourite ingredients in skincare ranges as I find it so effective. The cream is easy to apply, you only need to use a small amount so a little certainly goes a long way which makes it great value for money. I also like that it sinks in very quickly and doesn’t leave your skin feeling greasy at all. It is also fragrance free and hypoallergenic so is suitable for sensitive skin. I am no longer dreading how bad my hands will be in the winter as I know that this cream will keep my hands protected. I’m really so impressed with this cream that I have got my whole family using it now too and I would highly recommend it.

Best thing since sliced bread
I struggle with extremely dry hands, so much so that they crack and bleed and feel like leather. Due to my work, my hands are constantly in between being wet and cold. This cream has worked wonders!!! I have tried prescription oils, lotions, creams, and none of them have worked like this does! Doesn't leave your hands feeling slidey or greasy, just soaks right in and works it's magic!

Another great product from this company!
Works really well for my dry hands but I was surprised how small the bottle was but I guess I didn’t think of the size when ordering. I would definitely buy this again though!

Amazing!
Amazing hand cream! I suffer from really dry and cracked hands and they get so red and sore. I've tried so many hand creams over the years and this is the only one that has returned my skin to a good condition! I love how it isn't sticky and how it soaks in quickly. I will ve a returning customer!

Brilliant!
I was so surprised by this cream. I've used loads of creams and lotions over the years, for eczema/dermatitis on my hands. By the time I bought this, I was ready to tear my hair out as my hands were experiencing the worst flare up I'd had in years. Note the past tense. For the first time since - oh possibly since the early 1980s which was when it started, it's cleared up completely. There are none of the tiny cuts, none of the itchiness (that in itself is so good!) and my skin actually has a sort of sheen to it now. It's unscented, so I've not given a star for that. It's definitely for sensitive skin. I saw some reviewers (though very few) here and on other sites, who said it made their skin worse, but my guess is that they're allergic to one of the ingredients... those put me off a bit, but I was so desperate that I decided to try it anyway, and am so glad I did. As for value for money, I gave 4 not 5 stars, because it's a very small tube and at £6 or thereabouts, it would be better value if it were a larger tube.As well as my hands, I've been using it on my feet which, though they don't have eczema, do tend to crack and dry up, and even they have been much better, though I've used much less on them as the cream is so expensive. One bad experience (and yes, I know this goes in the 'seller review' area, but I'm going to put it here anyway) is that the seller plastered a sales label over the whole of the back of the tube. When you have bad skin and nails, it's not easy to peel these off, also really the ingredients should not be covered up. That has made me less willing to purchase this cream from Amazon. A little thought needs to go into these things.

OK, but not the best.
I've recently started suffering with thickened, cracked, dry irritated skin on the inside palms and fingers of my hands. Over the last few months they have got into quite a state.I tried this CeraVe Reparative hand cream (vs two other brands) and found it moisturised my hands and stopped them cracking, and helped restore them, but each application didn't last very long. It left a slightly greasy, perhaps better described as, slippery feeling after use. So no good if you want to drive a vehicle after application etc. There was no smell, and it didn't irritate my skin. So I rated it OK.When the CeraVe tube ran out I moved on to trying Neutrogena's Norwegian Formula Hand Cream Concentrated Unscented 75 ml. I found this to be much more effective to improve my hands. there was quite a dramatic difference after I started using it. It stung a little for the first few minutes after application. It didn't seem to be greasy, and I was able to grip things again after a few minutes. The other big thing was how long it seems to protect my hands vs CeraVe. It really does last for hours. There was virtually no smell, and other than the stinging on sore skin for the first few minutes, caused me no irritation.I also tried Vaseline Intensive Care Advanced Repair Hand Cream, fragrance free, 75ml, but found this irritated my skin on the backs of my hands and wrists after a few hours. Despite the claim it's fragrance free, I could smell a light perfume after application. I had to discontinue my test because of the irritation.

No fragrance, good texture
Really enjoy the cream as it has good texture, almost no fragrance and moistures well.
